Position: Retirement Plan Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Pay: $55k to $65k/year

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire


Greene Resources is seeking a Retirement Plan Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!The Retirement Plan Coordinator serves as a key partner to consultants and plan sponsors, overseeing complex projects and ensuring the timely delivery of highquality client deliverables. This position blends analytical work with client-facing responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, recordkeepers, money managers, and other external partners. The Coordinator is responsible for driving progress across multiple simultaneous initiatives, including investment monitoring, operational improvements, compliancerelated tasks, participant engagement projects, and service provider updates, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and clear communication. By preparing clientready materials, tracking timelines, and managing followups, the Retirement Plan Coordinator helps ensure that consultants can deliver a seamless, professional, and proactive client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare clientready materials, including investment reports, meeting decks, governance documentation, and project status updates.
  2. Participate in client meetings and calls, documenting key discussion points, decisions, and action items.
  3. Lead followups with clients, recordkeepers, and other external partners, ensuring tasks move forward efficiently.
  4. Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities across topics such as investments, operations, compliance, and employee education.
  5. Support investmentrelated tasks as part of the consulting process, such as preparing monitoring reports, facilitating fund changes, and coordinating with investment research teams when necessary.
  6. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, streamline workflows, and strengthen project execution.


Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or a related business field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in an investment or retirement plan client service role, preferred.
  3. Series 66/65 license, or willing to get within 6 months of employment.
  4. Strong project management and organizational abilities; comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  5. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to coordinate across varied stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for consultants and clients.
  7. A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with multiple internal teams.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  9. Familiarity with Salesforce and Fi360 is a plus
