Office: Once a month in Glasgow and Once a month in Edinburgh rest of the time remote

Job Description:

We are seeking RPA Developer with strong business analysis skills to support the delivery of an AI-enabled automation programme. The successful candidate will work within a defined spoke of the programme to analyse processes, design solutions, and deliver automation outputs. This is a hybrid contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis activity to identify, scope, and document automation opportunities within the spoke.
  • Support the development and configuration of AI-enabled automation solutions through to deployment.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and iterative refinement of automation outputs.
  • Work closely with the Spoke Delivery Lead and wider programme team to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Essential Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in automation or AI-enabled solution development.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • experience working in or with government or public sector organisations.
  • Ability to operate across both technical and stakeholder-facing workstreams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in UIPath.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation technologies.
