As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing production performance, elevating quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across a high?volume technology manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage all manufacturing processes to ensure stability, repeatability, and compliance with strict quality standards.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve daily production issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow.
- Lead data?driven process improvements that drive higher UPH (Units per Hour), increased efficiency, improved safety, and reduced costs.
- Develop and deliver training for manufacturing staff to ensure proper process execution and prevent deviations.
- Monitor KPIs-including yield, efficiency, and throughput-to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross?functional technical projects that support broader business objectives.
- Evaluate and qualify new technologies to enhance manufacturing capability and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with global engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to solve complex technical challenges.
- Build detailed project plans, manage resources, and coordinate across multiple platforms and geographic regions.
- Present findings, recommendations, and updates clearly to leadership and cross?functional partners.
- Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and champion continuous improvement culture across all operations.
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in electronics, PC hardware, or high?precision assembly.
- Proven experience leading engineering projects in fast?paced production environments.
- Excellent problem?solving, root?cause analysis, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies strongly preferred.
