What you'll be doing:

• Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable finance options
• Managing the full journey from initial enquiry to approval
• Working closely with internal teams and dealerships
• Delivering a high level of customer service and accurate documentation

What we're looking for:

• Sales or customer service experience (ideally phone-based)
• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Motivated by earning potential and career progression
