What the Sales and Marketing Coordinator job involves

• You ll play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and contributing to customer satisfaction.
• Processing sales orders.
• Responding to customer inquiry emails
• Providing order updates
• Resolving and customer queries.
• Generating quotations, primarily using standard price lists.
• Assisting with marketing activities
• Sending generic email templates to new leads
• Making follow-up calls to identify decision-makers, and collecting information for the database
• Creating LinkedIn content in collaboration with the commercial manager.
• Being the primary contact for incoming phone calls.
• Operating an AI automation scanning machine

This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a team, managing multiple priorities, and providing excellent support.

Skills required

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• A professional manner on the telephone and clear communication abilities.
• A willingness to learn new systems and processes, including an ERP system and social media management software.
• Reliability, good timekeeping, and a team player
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake other tasks as needed.

This role would also suit someone who enjoys working in a small team environment.

Other information

• Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (28 days per year), with 5 days to be used for Christmas shutdown.
• Option for one day a week work from home after 3 months training.
