The RoleThis is a sales support and admin role. We're saying that upfront because the right person will see that for what it is: a front-row seat in a fast-moving SaaS business, working directly alongside the people closing deals.
You'll triage and respond to inbound leads, prepare quotes, keep the CRM accurate, and make sure the Account Management and Sales Team have what they need to focus on the conversations that matter. The work is detail-oriented and process-driven. It matters because without it, things slow down and opportunities get missed.

Our Hybrid Approach to WorkAt Indeemo we recognise the evolution that has taken place when it comes to hybrid working. Our hope is to achieve a balance between working in the office and from home that makes sense - to achieve flexibility while maximising communication, collaboration, creativity and productivity and preserving our company's amazing culture.
Your first 3 months in the role, you will be required to be on site at our offices in Blackpool 4 days per week - Monday to Thursday. Once you have completed 3 months with the team, you will have the option to scale back to 3 days per week on site.
