Sales Enablement Specialist

Sales Enablement Specialist- London/Hybrid- 12 Months- £250-£300 Umbrella

A global technology company are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team on an initial 12 month assignment. The successful candidate will join a global team to execute a shared services delivery support model, whilst ensuring that partner sales managers and sales trainers are properly equipped to train and onboard their sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Call coaching and quality assurance
• Drive vendor partner quality assurance processes, assessing the quality of; manager coaching and consultant conversations
• Work with quality assessors to align QA process and execution
• Attend quarterly business reviews for partner sites
• Delivery monthly business reviews to sales leadership team, sharing data insights and actions to prioritise
• Evaluate team leader coaching sessions, providing feedback
• Drive and document call evaluation calibration sessions

Skills/Experience:

• 4+ years experience in a similar role
• Sales experience
• L&D experience
• Strategic mindset
• Data driven
• Experience with different sales methodologies
• Experience creating training frameworks
