BMW Group Park Lane is looking for a Sales Executive. This role is based at Park Lane, London.

As a Sales Executive for the flagship BMW and MINI retailer in the UK, you will ensure every customer feels unique and receives the very best experience by understanding exactly where and how a BMW fits into their life. Your goal is to match customers with the right car and tailor features and add-ons to suit their needs. By providing the absolute best experience you will aim for total customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

  • Understand and identify a range of customer needs and preferences, including introducing customer financing options.
  • Master the customer journey and consistently exceed expectations by building strong rapport with our valued customers.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Deliver superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent and professional presentation skills.

What should you bring along?

  • A minimum of 2 years' automotive sales experience, with proven customer service skills, able to meet targets while ensuring a first-class customer experience.
  • Tenacity and commitment to realise full potential.
  • A dynamic and trustworthy approach.
  • Computer literate including knowledge of dealership IT systems.
