Job Title: Sales Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Hours: Part-time - either

• 3 full days per week, or
• 4-5 hours per day,
  with occasional Saturday work (weekday off in lieu)

Pay: 13 per hour plus commission

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Fleet. This is a part-time position offering flexible working patterns, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, hitting targets, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer enquiries, and providing an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate sales
• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Accurately maintain customer records and sales activity
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Represent the business professionally at all times
• Occasionally work Saturdays, with a weekday off in return

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission
