Job Title: Sales Representative - Munster
Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Sales Representative to grow their business across North Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Kerry. This new role is ideal for someone proactive, organised, and skilled at building strong relationships with construction professionals, self-builders and trade customers.
A company Jeep is provided.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Achieve agreedweekly sales targets (commission payable on all sales above target).
- Proactively build and manage afuture sales pipeline, including researching upcoming projects (e.g. via CIS).
- Focus ondirect-to-site opportunities.
- Develop relationships with:
- Self-build owners
- Builders
- Farm-shed contractors
- Log cabin companies
- Landscaping companies
- Garden centres
Customer Visits & Contact
- Complete an agreed number ofon-site visitsper day and productivephone callsper day.
- Grow customer networks and add a minimum number of new customers weekly to theCRM.
- Act as theprimary point of contactfor customers in Cork and Kerry.
- Regularly contact and engage with key accounts to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
Product & Service Delivery
- Provide expertproduct adviceto help customers find the right solutions for their construction and renovation needs.
- Identify opportunities toupsell and cross-sellto maximise revenue.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team on effectivesales strategies.
- Coordinate withlogisticsto ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience.
Administration & Reporting
- Use CRM software to manage customer interactions, track activities and generate sales reports.
- Keep up to date withindustry trends, new products and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Skills & Experience
- Provenfield salesexperience, ideally in construction, hardware, timber or building materials.
- Strongcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
- Excellenttime managementand ability to work effectively in a field-based role.
- High level ofself-motivation,resilienceand ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- StrongadministrativeandCRMskills.
- Excellentorganisation,coordinationandattention to detail.
- Quick learner with a strong focus ontargets and results.
- Full, clean driving licencerequired.
