At Carolina TotalCare, we're looking for a full-time Sales Specialist - Financial Case Manager to join our team. WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer a lucrative pay structure, your base salary will range from $18-$24 per hour plus additional commission where superstars can have the potential to exceed $100K in annual earnings!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM plus Friday 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

This role is structured around standard full-time hours; however, additional time may be required based on performance demands and business needs. Compensation is salary-based and designed to align with both commitment and results.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

While prior sales experience is required, comprehensive training for this role will be provided. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to learn, dedicated to mastering the details of their role, and committed to achieving excellence.

This position is best suited for someone who approaches their work with purpose-striving not only to perform, but to excel, grow, and continuously elevate their level of performance. Scripts, set protocols, and proven procedures are in place to provide structured guidance for your success.

You'll handle objections effortlessly, educate patients on cash-based healthcare solutions, and close high-ticket treatment plans without insurance roadblocks. Between patient interactions, you'll stay organized, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates-all while collaborating with a team that shares your drive for success.


WHAT'S REQUIRED OF OUR SALES SPECIALIST - FINANCIAL CASE MANAGER?

  • Proven sales experience, preferably commission-based / direct sales within medical, pharmaceutical, medispa, real estate, or other high-ticket industries, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust, explain value, and confidently close high-dollar transactions
  • A motivated closer who is results-driven, professional, and eager to exceed quotas and maximize commissions
  • Business-minded and professional, with knowledge of the financial side of patient care and sales-driven healthcare services
  • Someone who is comfortable learning how to do patient consultations, health histories and uncovering patients motivating factors to commit to and to succeed at life changing treatment plans.
