Sales Valuer

An exciting new opportunity has become available with our client, a highly regarded estate agency in the Great Yarmouth area. Due to continued growth and success, they are now seeking a confident and driven Sales Valuer to join their friendly and ambitious team.

This is a fantastic chance for either an experienced Sales Valuer or a Senior Sales Negotiator who has recently started carrying out valuations and is ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:

• On target earnings of up to £45,000

Key duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Carrying out accurate and professional property valuations
• Winning new instructions and building strong vendor relationships
• Actively prospecting for new business through canvassing and local networking
• Representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the local market

To be considered for the role of Sales Valuer, you must have the following:

• Recent experience within Estate Agency
• Proven experience conducting property valuations
• Ideally, knowledge of the local market
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sales mindset
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
