Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: 5 days a week onsite to any of the following locations: Brownsville, Ripon, Green Bay, or Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Responsibilities
- Architect and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
- Lead architecture and stabilization of multiple Salesforce projects post go live
- Design and enhance Field Service workflows for scheduling, dispatch, routing, and mobile workforce optimization
- Architect integrations between Salesforce, Workday (ERP), and other enterprise systems
- Partner with 3rd party vendors and lead external development resources
- Help define roadmap and architecture for upcoming Salesforce and Field Service initiatives
- Support enhancements for multiple divisions currently live on Salesforce
Must Have Skills
- Strong Salesforce architecture experience
- Salesforce development background
- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud experience
- Experience with system integrations
