Salesforce Developer

Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Contract)

Duration: 6-9 month contract (possible contract-to-hire)

Location: Fully remote

Schedule: Full-time contract engagement

Job Summary:

We are supporting a client initiative to expand a Salesforce development team and are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a fast-moving project environment. These are full-time contract roles expected to last 6-9 months, with the possibility of conversion depending on project needs and performance.

The team is looking for developers who can contribute quickly and support enhancements, integrations, and new feature development across the Salesforce platform. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact on a priority initiative while working remotely alongside a distributed technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support custom Salesforce platform functionality

• Configure and extend Salesforce objects, automation, and workflows

• Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve defects across existing Salesforce implementations

• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer within the team

• Work within an agile or sprint-based delivery environment

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Salesforce platform development experience

• Experience building custom solutions within Salesforce

• Experience supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and configuration capabilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments

• Experience working in contract or project-based delivery teams

• Salesforce Platform Developer certification (or similar)

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related Salesforce products
