Salesforce Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer

An established global technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to support enterprise customer transformation programmes across the UK.
This is a client-facing pre-sales consulting role where you'll work alongside sales, solution architects and technical teams to shape complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, lead discovery workshops and help secure large-scale transformation projects.
You'll combine strong Salesforce expertise with commercial awareness, translating business challenges into compelling technology solutions that deliver measurable customer experience improvements.
The Role You'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, assess existing Salesforce environments and design innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities - Lead client discovery workshops and solution design sessions
- Shape Salesforce Service Cloud and AI-enabled customer service solutions
- Assess existing Salesforce implementations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Produce solution roadmaps and transformation strategies
- Support RFP responses, proposals and commercial bids
- Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with sales teams to win new enterprise business
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales life cycle
- Keep up to date with emerging Salesforce capabilities and best practice
Skills & Experience - Strong experience delivering Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Previous experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting or solution architecture role
- Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities, ideally including Agentforce, Einstein and Service Cloud Voice
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Contract Details - £600-£700 per day (£700 if you have commercial experience with Agentforce)
