Job Title: SAP Ariba Functional Lead

Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite Local candidates only)
Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Rate: $Market/Hour on W2

Eligibility: W2 only Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders, GC-EAD, and TN Visa holders (C2C not allowed)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Lead to support ongoing operations and ticket resolution activities. The ideal candidate will provide functional expertise in SAP Ariba, assisting with Tier 1 and Tier 2 issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient handling of incidents and service requests within the SAP Ariba module.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for Tier 1 & Tier 2 tickets related to SAP Ariba
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within Ariba modules
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs
Document issues, resolutions, and best practices

Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP Ariba (Functional)
Experience in ticket analysis and resolution support
Good understanding of procurement and supply chain processes

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP (ECC/S4 HANA)
Integration knowledge between SAP and Ariba

Expected Deliverables:
Timely and accurate ticket resolution
Consistent support for operational stability
