  Define and own the end-to-end SAP cutover strategy, including detailed plans, timelines, dependencies, and runbooks for go-live.
• Coordination & Execution
  Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cutover readiness and manage all activities during rehearsals and go-live execution.
• Risk & Issue Management
  Identify, track, and mitigate cutover risks and issues, ensuring contingency plans are in place for a smooth transition.
• Go-Live Success & Stability
  Ensure a seamless transition to SAP with minimal business disruption, meeting downtime targets and supporting post-go-live stabilization.
