SAP Integration Architect needed to support the design and delivery of enterprise-grade integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle platforms. This role is ideal for a technically strong integration specialist who can combine architecture expertise, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on integration knowledge to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• Design and deliver end-to-end integration workflows between SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle systems
• Assess and recommend suitable Middleware and integration platform solutions
• Support integration platform evaluation and vendor selection activities
• Define and implement secure API connectivity and integration patterns
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated platforms
• Lead and contribute to architecture and design workshops
• Present technical recommendations within governance forums, project meetings, and SteerCo sessions
• Provide technical proposals aligned with target enterprise architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to support successful delivery
• Support data mapping, transformation, and synchronization activities

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with Oracle platforms
• Strong experience with APIs, connectivity, and integration workflows
• Hands-on knowledge of API usage, authentication methods, and security protocols
• Experience with data mapping and transformation processes
• Familiarity with enterprise integration and Middleware platforms
• Strong understanding of designing robust and scalable integrations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
