Location: Dublin, Ireland

Duration: Minimum 6 months full time (must be a registered student during the internship)

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with core and extended teams to drive employee engagement and workplace experience.
• Assist in drafting, editing and organizing newsletters, emails, articles, presentations and other internal communications.
• Support the planning, communication and execution of internal events, workshops and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to building a vibrant employee experience by supporting feedback channels, coordinating workshops and facilitating knowledge sharing sessions.
• Help define project roadmaps and timelines, coordinate delivery activities and support key initiatives.
• Gather and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement of communications and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in business management, communications or related fields.
• Commitment to at least 6 months internship.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Self motivated and proactive problem solver.
• Interest in sustainability, environmental impact and how organisations adapt to business needs.
• Enthusiasm for processes, people and technology in a business setting.
• Comfortable working in an office environment.

Tools & Systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and willingness to learn SAP internal tools such as Ariba.

Team & Reporting

Reporting to the SAP Labs Global Head of Strategy and Operations, working closely with the SAP Labs Ireland Managing Director, Communications Lead and the wider Operations Team.
