SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect/Process Lead (R2R | P2P | O2C) to £1200 p/d Inside IR35

Hybrid working, Inside IR35, Long-term Transformation Programme

We're looking for an exceptional SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect/Process Lead to play a pivotal role on a major enterprise-wide S/4HANA transformation.

• Own the end-to-end Finance solution for a strategic S/4HANA programme
• Lead business process design rather than system configuration
• Challenge Legacy thinking and champion standard SAP processes
• Build credibility with Finance leadership and delivery teams alike
• Work collaboratively across R2R, P2P and O2C process boundaries to deliver an integrated enterprise solution

You'll lead the design of the future-state finance solution, working alongside senior business stakeholders, Product Owners and Design Authority to shape an S/4HANA platform built around Fit-to-Standard principles.

You'll bring

• Proven leadership on SAP S/4HANA Implementations
• Deep expertise across Record-to-Report (R2R)/Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/ Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration points
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops with senior business stakeholders
• Strong solution design capability across S/4HANA Finance, Management Accounting, Asset Accounting and Tax
• Ability to influence complex design decisions across multi-entity, multi-currency global organisations
• Experience working within large transformation programmes using SAP Activate
