Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant
Location: UK (Remote)
Salary/Rate: 600 - 630 (DOE)
6 months Contract - Inside IR35
Company Introduction
SAP Success Factors Lead Consultant needed - we have a new opportunity in the UK. This is a long-term contract project with multiple phases.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Ensuring SIT readiness for the EC stream by addressing and resolving backlog items that might block entry
- Facilitate playback sessions and obtain IT3 exit sign-off from stakeholders
- Lead integration design review across MS Entra, OpenText, Docusign, Reed, Eden Red, HML, WPA and BIB to ECC
- Offer SME Guidance on UK regulatory requirements and water industry HR processes
- Mentoring both onshore and offshore functional consultants across all SuccessFactors modules
- Take ownership of EC configuration quality, including Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Position Management and Workflows
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- SAP SF EC certification
- Expertise in: EC Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Position Management
- Experience delivering SAP Activate methodology programmes
- Stakeholder communication and sign-off management
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or equivalent
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:
- EC Time Management, Absence and Time sheet configuration
- Experience with BIB/HANA replication to ECC payroll
- Knowledge of OpenText, DocuSign interface design
- Prior large workforce rollouts
- Resolved SIT/UAT defects independently
