Contingent Workforce Manager (SC Cleared)London, Bristol(Hybrid)£225-£250 per daySmartSouring are looking for an organised and proactive Contingent Workforce Manager to support the end to end contingent workforce life cycle within a busy and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for contingent workforce queries, timesheets, onboarding, offboarding and security clearances.
Manage team inboxes and stakeholder communications.
Upload and manage requirements through Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
Support IR35 assessments and onboarding processes.
Maintain workforce databases and reporting.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers and MSP partners.
Support continuous improvement projects across the workforce function.
Skills Experience:Experience within contingent workforce management, MSP/RPO, recruitment operations, procurement or outsourcing environments.
Strong administration, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and VMS platforms (please highlight VMS experience on your CV).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:Public sector or government experience.
Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
