We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major government digital transformation programme delivering secure identity and access services.

• Take ownership of a large, complex product backlog.

• Refine, prioritise and reduce backlog items to maximise delivery value.

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear user stories.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects and Delivery Managers to ensure work is delivery-ready.

• Balance business priorities, technical dependencies and delivery timelines.

• Drive product decisions and communicate priorities, risks and progress to stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner delivering complex digital products.

• Strong experience managing large product backlogs and prioritising competing requirements.

• Comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working in agile delivery environments.

• Previous government or public sector experience is highly desirable.

• Experience with identity, authentication, IAM or secure digital services would be advantageous.

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
