Job Title: SC Cleared Knowledge Manager - Service Delivery Associate
Location: Corsham (On-site) Contract: Until 30/12/2026
Rate: £340 per day via an approved umbrella company
Must be willing and eligible to go through the SC Clearance process

Our client, a leading organisation in defence and technology, is hiring for a reputable client to support their Defence programme. We're seeking a dedicated Knowledge Manager to work closely with the customer and Embedded teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing:
. Co-locate on-site at Corsham, working directly with military personnel and technical staff.
. Maintain and develop the Knowledge Management System (KMS) supporting diverse technical products.
. Produce, review, and author Knowledge Articles, ensuring accuracy and relevance through a robust review process.
. Support knowledge transfer, information management, and continual service improvement activities.
. Conduct regular audits of Knowledge Articles to ensure currency and accuracy.
. Participate in technical calls, providing expert input on knowledge management processes.

What you'll bring:
. Proven experience developing and implementing Knowledge Management processes and procedures.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
. Ability to educate personnel on Knowledge Management importance and best practices.
. Experience managing Knowledge Articles and supporting knowledge transfer activities.
. Familiarity with bespoke tools supporting Knowledge Management and repositories.
. Knowledge of the Defence Digital Service Management Framework is advantageous.
