My client is a IT consultancy working with a government body who are recruiting for a ServiceNow Developer with experience on SPM and IRM/GRC modules
Due to the nature of this role it will require active SC Clearance, Please do not apply if you do not hold active SC.

Brief overview of role:
The Technical Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering high quality ServiceNow technical solutions that meet customer business requirements. The role provides expert advice and guidance on ServiceNow implementation and technical best practices, working collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Accountabilities (include % of time):
Design and deliver ServiceNow technical solutions aligned to customer business and process requirements
Deliver high quality ServiceNow implementations in line with coding and design standards
Collaborate with ServiceNow CoE teams, sharing knowledge, identifying risks, and contributing to service improvement
Attend and present at customer meetings, gather and clarify requirements, and support knowledge transfer
Assist with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Maintain technical documentation and provide hand over materials
Continuous learning, self-study, and attainment/retention of ServiceNow accreditations
Administrative, governance, and escalation activities in line with company processes
Knowledge & Key Skills:
Essential
Over 2 years' experience working in the ServiceNow ecosystem in a similar technical role
Strong hands on experience across multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including functionality, database structure, developer APIs, development tools, and techniques
Proficiency in web technologies, including JavaScript, SOAP/REST web services, XML & JSON, and Angular.js
Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation best practices
Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively to technical and non technical stakeholders
Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Strong teamwork, self management, and problem solving skills
Desirable
Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring junior consultants
Experience contributing to technical solution designs, bids, and project documentation
ServiceNow accreditations and certifications
Experience working in a customer facing consultancy environment
