This role pays $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Deliver a welcoming, professional, and helpful customer experienceInspect, identify, weigh, and grade non-ferrous metalsAccurately price materials based on current guidelinesEnsure all transactions comply with company policies and applicable lawsVerify customer identification and required documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOperate equipment such as forklifts and skid steers (training provided)Assist with inventory and material preparation for shipmentCollaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team cultureParticipate in training, meetings, and continuous improvement effortsWhy Join Harmon?We believe culture drives performance. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who shows up ready to work hard, supports their team, and takes pride in doing things the right way.Strong customer service mindset and communication skillsTeam player who contributes to morale, accountability, and trustWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to stay positive and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety standards and PPE requirementsKnowledge of metal grades is a plus (we'll train the right person)QualificationsValid drivers license Previous customer-facing experience preferredExperience in scrap or metals industry is a plusPhysical RequirementsThis is a hands-on, active role. You should be comfortable with:Standing and walking for extended periods on uneven surfacesLifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbsClimbing, bending, reaching, and working in physically demanding conditionsExposure to outdoor elements, noise, dust, and industrial environmentsCompensation details: 18-20 Hourly WagePI8c02f9d4170d-2027
