Scrum Master

Global Financial Firm located in Tampa FL has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master Work Mode: Hybrid Pay Rate: $50 - $60 per hour Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Expert-level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team.

Extensive, hands-on knowledge and experience with Jira for Agile project management.

Proven experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
