Are you a passionate Scrum Master ready to make a significant impact in an innovative environment? Our client is looking for a dynamic Scrum Master to join their IT&D team! This is your chance to facilitate agile methodologies and drive project success within a forward-thinking organization.

Role: Scrum Master

Duration: 6 Months (extension options)

Location: Remote (must be prepared to travel for quarterly meetings)

Rate: 500 pd (umbrella)

What You Will Do:

• Daily Stand-Ups: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and energized.
• Backlog Management: Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively, keeping the focus on delivery.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove any roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Agile Coaching: Coach team members on agile practices, enhancing their understanding and application for continuous improvement.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on team progress, providing valuable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

Your Skills:

• Agile Experience: Proven experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, within an IT environment.
• Communication Pro: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello to keep projects on track.
• Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvement.
