As a fish processing worker, you work in a 2-3 C environment and spend the whole day standing on the production line. The smell of fish is very strong, so it's important that you can handle it.
Before you start, you receive training, and hygiene is extremely important because you work with food.
You work with hand to process the fish, and your tasks include:
- Trimming/cleaning herring with a hand
- Putting filleted and pickled herring into different packaging
- Repacking herring fillets into boxes
