Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in operational, technical, business analysis, product management, or equivalent roles

  • 3+ years of direct experience working in Agile product development environments

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile SCRUM and Kanban frameworks

  • Expert-level proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus

  • Proven technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows within Fusion to ensure seamless application processing

  • Documenting Current State into to To-do processes

  • Understanding SQL queries

  • Building Process Maps

  • Complete Gap Analysis

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using ADO and Confluence for tracking and documentation

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement

This is a 14-15 month contract position, with interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
