Senior Business Analyst

Apex Systems, the Nations 2nd largest Technical Staffing and Services Firm, has an opening for a Sr. Business Analyst at a global leader in retail pharmacy for a 6-month contract with opportunity for extension.

Summary:

• Data and Analytics Project team looking for support in creating SQL reports to support reconciliation and validation of accounting transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or required controls, document procedures, track key performance indicators.
• Participate in developing new products and programs, lead process design/redesign activities, and identify change management impacts.
• Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design.
• Document and manage functional requirements.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the data, sources of data, and relationships of data in order to generate meaningful information for management and others throughout the company

Top Must-Have Skills:

1. Required Data Mining and AdHoc reporting support knowledge
2. Required SQL programming language knowledge

Top Nice-To-Have Skills:

1. Healthcare/Pharmacy data experience (inventory or Rx fulfillment operational processes understanding also a plus)
2. Azure Technology knowledge (reporting tools such as Databricks, Power BI, etc.
