• Unpick complex data ecosystems from newly acquired businesses and determine how they can be successfully integrated into a strategic investment platform.
• Lead sophisticated data mapping and requirements activities across large-scale wealth and asset management environments.
• Work alongside architects to understand data models, API interactions, and platform interfaces within a modern Databricks-powered ecosystem.
• Influence critical design and integration decisions that will shape the future-state data architecture of a major transformation programme.
• Become a trusted senior voice within the programme, navigating ambiguity, solving complex data challenges, and driving delivery without the need for hand-holding.

Requirements

• Proven experience within Wealth Management or Asset Management environments.
• Strong background delivering Enterprise Data Management (EDM) or Master Data Management initiatives.
• Deep understanding of data platforms, data integration, and data architecture concepts.
• Experience working with investment platforms and complex financial services ecosystems.
• Track record delivering large-scale transformation, migration, or integration programmes as a Senior Business Analyst.
