This is *Newcastle* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Identifying gaps, define business needs, and shaping scalable solutions*

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile public sector programme delivering meaningful, real-world impact.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, greenfield environment, shaping services from the ground up. You'll play a key role in designing user-centred, end-to-end solutions, working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver change at pace.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead business analysis across complex service and transformation initiatives
• Identify gaps, define business needs, and shape scalable solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders across policy, legal, and operational teams
• Drive user-centred design and ensure services meet real user needs
• Support Agile delivery, contributing to a test-and-learn, iterative approach
• Define success measures and ensure alignment to organisational goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in digital environments
• Proven background in Agile delivery within multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work in ambiguous or evolving environments (greenfield)
• Excellent stakeholder management, including navigating complex priorities
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into outcomes
• Self-starter - driven, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
