Senior Controls Engineer / Manufacturing Automation Engineer

Location: ABH, MI Houry rate: $40-45 per hour Project Duration:Long Term Must-Have Skills: 1 . Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC programming (Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000) 2 . EtherNet/IP industrial networking (configuration, certification, troubleshooting) 3 .PanelView HMI / FactoryTalk View development 4 . Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (paint shop, general assembly, conveyance) 5 . FIS/MES integration experience (factory information systems, production data collection) 6 . Robot controller integration (Fanuc/ABB - backup, NAT configuration, Asset Centre) 7 . Familiarity with VPECR specifications and BPR (Block Point Release) compliance Nice-to-Have Skills: ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) programming and build management logic PFCS (Process Flow Control System) programming AVI (Automatic Vehicle Identification) and ICT barcode/RFID integration Experience Level: 7-10+ years in automotive manufacturing controls. This is not a junior role - the document requires the contractor to own compliance, validation, and commissioning end-to-end.
