In this role, you willThe Senior Analyst is responsible for administering and optimising the Coupa procurement system to ensure efficient, compliant, and user-friendly procurement operations. The Senior Analyst provides analytical insights and contributes to procurement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall value
Key accountabilities include
Analytical skills are central to this role, including the ability to conduct detailed spend analysis and interpret data to support informed decision-making. This is complemented by strong proficiency in Excel and various data visualisation tools, enabling clear and effective presentation of insights.
A solid foundation in procurement is also essential. This includes an understanding of sourcing processes, supplier onboarding, and end to end P2P operations, as well as familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements that guide responsible procurement practices.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities are key, particularly the ability to communicate clearly and deliver training effectively across different groups. Building productive relationships and ensuring alignment with business needs are important aspects of the role.
Project management experience further supports success, especially when contributing to procurement related initiatives. Strong organisational and time-management skills help ensure tasks are prioritised effectively and projects progress smoothly.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at Baggot plaza, Dublin. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in-person to support collaboration and connection. Specific arrangements will be confirmed by your recruiter to ensure they meet the needs of the role and team.
