Senior Data Scientist Energy Forecasting

As a Data Scientist at Kenter and Groendus, you will be part of the forecasting & optimization department. This team focuses on expanding our forecasting platform, developing control algorithms, and creating trading strategies at both asset and portfolio level.

You will be working on:

• Implementing improvements to our current predictive models.

• Writing production level code.

• Shaping the vision for further development of our forecasting platform and integrating forecasting into control processes.

• Contributing to the optimization of portfolio decisions, such as minimizing imbalance.

• Guiding and mentoring junior colleagues.

This position is based at our Utrecht office in Central Park, just a one minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. • A salary between €4234,- and €5869,- gross per month (incl. labour market allowance) based on full time employment, depending on experience and expertise
