The Senior Delivery Manager leads the fares and ticketing workstream within a rail integration programme, ensuring customer and retail propositions are delivered on time and within budget. The role focuses on planning, governance, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include managing delivery against the programme plan, overseeing risks and issues, running stakeholder meetings and workshops, producing reports, and maintaining documentation as the main workstream contact.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in transport or public-sector programmes (especially fares/ticketing), understands retail and payment systems, can manage multiple stakeholders, and excels in planning, governance, communication, and driving alignment across organisations.
