Senior Finance Assistant Location: Downtown Seattle (Onsite)
Pay: Up to $76,000 Seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support in a professional services environment. Tax administrative experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities - Process and e-file tax returns; prepare and send engagement letters
- Provide advanced administrative support to leaders and teams
- Handle document management, scanning, and mailing
- Generate reports and support standardized administrative processes
- Assist with training and process improvements
Qualifications - 4+ years of administrative experience (professional services preferred)
- Tax administrative experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
