Senior General Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior General Manager to provide hands on leadership for an elevated dining operation while playing a strategic role in the design, development, and refinement of the restaurant environment. This position requires a sophisticated operator with strong financial acumen, exceptional hospitality instincts, and experience supporting openings, renovations, and thoughtfully designed dining spaces.

This is a highly visible, on site leadership role ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at balancing operational rigor with refined guest experience.

1. Direct all day to day dining operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, brand integrity, and a consistently elevated guest experience
2. Recruit, develop, and inspire high performing front and back of house leadership teams, fostering professionalism and service excellence
3. Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and hospitality first mindset
4. Partner closely with clients, designers, architects, and internal stakeholders to support restaurant design, layout, and space optimization, bringing an operator's lens to flow, efficiency, and guest journey
5. Own financial performance through budget management, cost controls, P&L oversight, and KPI analysis
6. Oversee inventory, product quality, and presentation standards while minimizing waste and ensuring consistency
7. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
8. Serve as the primary point of leadership for guest engagement, addressing feedback with professionalism and discretion

1. Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Leader within full service, upscale, luxury, or hospitality driven environments
2. Demonstrated involvement in restaurant openings, renovations, or design focused projects
3. Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and retain top talent
4. Advanced business and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, labor optimization, and performance metrics
5. Polished communication skills and comfort operating in a high touch, client facing environment
