This is a greenfield opportunity to participate in a real-time enterprise innovation research and take ownership for creating AI workflows and show significant impact in the entire industry.

• Own and shape a network of AI agents end-to-end - design, build, and orchestrate intelligent systems where each agent drives a critical part of a larger, high-impact workflow
• Take full ownership of core business logic, translating complex problems into scalable, production-ready agent-based solutions that directly influence real-world outcomes
• Push the boundaries of LLM applications - design, fine-tune, and deploy cutting edge AI components that deliver measurable impact, not just prototypes

Skills / Experience:

• 8+ years in ML Engineering
• 3+ years of experience with LLMs
• Implementing business logic into agents
