IMMEDIATE START FOR PAYROLL ADMIN ROLE IN BRISTOL
Your new company
£35,000 - £40,000 FTE equivalent Full time 37.5 hours On site initially, hybrid considered after 6 months
You'll be joining a well established organisation with a strong people focused culture and excellent benefits. The business is continuing to grow, offering stability, development and the opportunity to make a real impact within the payroll function. On-site full time to begin with, and potential to extend and introduce hybrid working.
Your new role
- Managing day to day payroll administration
- Preparing and consolidating payroll data for an outsourced provider
- Maintaining and improving the Time & Attendance system
- Completing checks on starters, leavers, and contractual changes
- Producing payroll reports and dashboards
- Supporting statutory tasks such as P11Ds and gender pay gap reporting
- Assisting the People team with wider projects where required
What you'll need to succeed - Experience within an in house payroll environment
- Strong understanding of payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
- CIPP Level 3 (or equivalent) desirable
- A good standard of education, including Maths and English
