Senior Product Designer
Duration: 6 months. (with the possibility of going permanent)
Location: London - Hybrid. 2 days/week in our Victoria office with occasional travel to Nottingham.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design on a high-impact initiative that will shape the future of our clients subscription experience. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive both tactical improvements and longer-term strategic redesigns.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and a range of business stakeholders to create user-centric solutions that deliver real commercial value.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and user research to validate freemium models, pricing strategies, and monetisation opportunities with a user-first approach
- Design end-to-end journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that clearly communicate the value of premium and subscription offerings
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to align design outputs with strategic objectives
- Run workshops and co-creation sessions to generate ideas and evolve the experience
- Create high-quality UI designs in Figma, from early concepts through to polished, high-fidelity outputs
- Champion accessibility and usability, ensuring experiences meet best practice and compliance standards
- Design seamless subscription journeys, including onboarding, cross-sell, upsell, and cancellation flows
What we're looking for
- Proven experience designing digital products, ideally within E-commerce or subscription-based SaaS environments
- Strong UX and UI capabilities, with the ability to take ideas from discovery through to delivery
- Experience working with freemium models, pricing strategies, and conversion-focused design
- Confident tackling complex or ambiguous problems and exploring multiple solution paths
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with whiteboarding and prototyping tools
- Experience planning and conducting user research
- A commercial mindset, balancing user needs with business outcomes
- An understanding of experimentation, analytics, and measuring design impact
