We've recently launched a new brand platform, already in use across our consumer-facing channels. Now, we're looking to elevate our product to match, creating a more refined, cohesive, and aspirational experience for our users.
We're looking for an exceptional UI-focused Product Designer to define and deliver this step change. You'll take early explorations from the team, refine and challenge them, and establish a clear, high-quality visual direction for the product.
This is an exciting opportunity to help define what "great" looks like for a product used by millions of people.
What you'll do
- Set the visual direction for our product UI, making sure it feels aligned with our brand and distinctly high quality
- Take existing explorations and push them further, bringing clarity, consistency and a stronger point of view
- Design a small number of key screens and flows that set the standard for the rest of the product
- Explore interaction and motion to bring the experience to life, not just make it look good
- Work closely with our Design System designer so you're thinking feeds directly into scalable components and patterns
- Share your perspective openly, explaining your decisions and helping the team align around a clear direction
What we're looking for
- A portfolio that shows real strength in UI craft. Work that feels thoughtful, polished and intentional
- Experience designing consumer products (mobile or complex web apps), not just marketing sites
- Someone who can balance ambition with realism, pushing quality without losing sight of what can actually be built
- A strong feel for modern UI, interaction and motion
- Curiosity about how AI is shaping product experiences
- Confidence to challenge ideas and raise the bar, while bringing people with you
- Comfort working in a space where not everything is fully defined yet
What success looks like (after 3 months)
- A clear, confident UI direction that the team is excited to build towards
- A set of standout designs/prototypes that genuinely raise the quality bar for the product
- Alignment across design and product on where we're heading
- A direction that can be translated into the design system and rolled out by the team.
