Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver cyber recovery and data protection initiatives. This role is focused on enabling organisations to protect, isolate, and rapidly recover critical data. You will drive end-to-end programs across cyber resilience, including ransomware protection, secure recovery, and enterprise data protection strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for cyber recovery and data protection initiatives.
• Drive implementation of cyber recovery vaults, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Establish and manage program governance including plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Manage risk, issue, and dependency management effectively.
• Define and track key success metrics such as Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), recovery readiness, and business continuity.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams involving engineering, product, services, sales, and customer stakeholders.
• Engage with Senior stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs) to align programs with business objectives.
• Lead recovery testing, simulations, and readiness assessments.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills

• 8-15+ years of experience in program or project management within IT infrastructure, data protection, or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Cyber Recovery, Data Protection, Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile methodologies, Risk Management, and Operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• This position is hybrid and initially for 6 months with potential for extension.
