Security Project Manager

The Cyber Security Project Manager will lead one or more high-impact, strategic cyber security initiatives that support enterprise technology transformation and risk reduction efforts. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring alignment with organizational quality and security standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both the executive and delivery levels, translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise cyber security initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Drive projects through security assessments, reviews, and governance processes.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical partners, operational teams, and IT stakeholders.
  • Communicate project goals, risks, timelines, and status clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure initiatives align with broader organizational goals and regulatory expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing cyber security or information securityrelated projects.
  • Strong ability to communicate security concepts to non-security audiences.
  • Experience leading initiatives through formal security reviews and approvals.
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives.
  • Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large, complex healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Background working in enterprise or multi-system organizations.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $80.00 to $85.00 per hour.
