Senior SAP ABAP Developer - €500 per day - 12 Months - Ireland

We are currently supporting a leading organisation in Ireland that is looking for an experienced Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role will focus on supporting the migration of Operational Ledger functionality from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, with responsibility for the design, build and execution of ABAP developments to support migration, reconciliation and validation activities. Candidates must be based in Ireland.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop ABAP extraction programmes to support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration activities
Analyse existing ECC custom developments including reports, interfaces, enhancements and custom tables
Support Finance data migration activities, mock loads, dress rehearsals and cutover execution
Perform performance tuning, runtime optimisation and defect resolution for high-volume Finance data processing
Collaborate with SAP FICO, BASIS and Integration teams throughout the project life cycle

Requirements:
7+ years SAP ABAP development experience across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance migration programmes
Experience with SPAU/SPDD adjustments, custom code remediation and ATC checks
Strong understanding of SAP Finance data models and migration processes
Candidates must be based in Ireland
