Contract: 12 months

Location: London/Hybrid

Rate: 700 per day inside ir35

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing and optimising an existing ServiceNow-based licensing workflow
• Designing and building scalable platform improvements
• Delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Working closely with technical teams to drive end-to-end delivery
• Building integrations and improving system performance

Required skillset:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
• Proven experience building and enhancing workflows on the platform
• Solid Service Portal development experience
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments
• A mindset focused on building, problem-solving, and getting things done
• Strong technical skills across:
• JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
• REST/SOAP APIs, integrations

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience working in SAFe / Scrum frameworks
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of SaaS / Cloud technologies
