Senior Support Analyst (Integration) needed for a 6-month contract in Charlotte, NC. 5 8+ years of hands-on experience as an Integration required. This is an on-site position only. SKILLS REQUIRED: Support Analyst, Integration Engineer, Integration, MuleSoft, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API management, data transformation, flow design, Java, XML, JSON, REST APIs, root cause analysis, Agile, Scrum, Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering field 5 8+ years of hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer Minimum 3 years of experience developing or supporting MuleSoft APIs or comparable integration technologies Knowledge of associated technologies such as Java, XML, JSON, and REST APIs. Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively. Provide expert support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical challenges promptly.
