I am working with a leading insurance organisation in Dublin, undergoing a large-scale transformation programme that will redefine how the business operates over the next decade.

This is not a typical delivery role. The programme sits at the core of the company's future, with AI and agentic AI driving fundamental change across systems, processes, and customer experience.

They are building a new, high impact delivery team, and this Senior Project Manager role is central to its success - offering real ownership, influence, and visibility from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end to end delivery of complex AI driven transformation initiatives
• Working closely with technical teams, data specialists, and business stakeholders
• Driving execution in a hands on capacity, not just governance
• Managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Translating strategic goals into practical, deliverable outcomes
• Playing a key role in shaping delivery frameworks in a greenfield setting

What they're looking for

• Strong technical understanding, with a hands on delivery mindset
• 8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience
• Experience managing projects that involve machine learning, AI, or advanced analytics in production
• Strong understanding of the ML development lifecycle: data acquisition, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Regulated sector experience
• Proven track record delivering AI or agentic AI projects
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Comfortable working in fast paced, evolving environments
