What You Will Do:

• Ownership, management, validation, and development of vehicle level towing and carrying requirements and targets.
• Cascade robust SMART requirements and targets within all relevant engineering teams, including function groups, system, and component teams.
• Champion the development, integration, and design verification plans to ensure accumulating evidence through vehicle programme for on-time delivery.
• Maintain clear status for towing attribute across all programme panel charts and ensure zero towing issues at programme job 1.
• Support the development of towing and carrying features and designs for future vehicle solutions.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices, industry movements, and future trends.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in towing trailers and using trailer towing hardware.
• Knowledge/experience of automotive technologies or systems.
• Experience in Features development, delivery, and validation.
• Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional experience.
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
